Integrated Care Support Services (ICSS) work together with delivery partners informed by the principles of neighbourhood health.
We are unique because we work at the interface of statutory & voluntary organisations (NHS, local government and sub-regional partnerships) and we also work directly with communities.
We have proudly reached more than 5,000 members through our training and projects!
We are passionate about supporting our health and social care partners and addressing the needs of underserved communities. Our focus areas include community partnerships and support, improving access to education, training and employment opportunities to help reduce inequalities and address the wider determinants of health.
Our Values
We are led by our social values. Recognising the wider determinants of health we strive to:
• Develop people and skills to improve 'life chances' for themselves and their families
• Increase supply chain resilience, capacity and sustainability
• Ensure effective stewardship over the programmes and resources we support
• Reduce the disability employment gap by recruiting for diversity
• Tackle workforce inequality
• Improve health and wellbeing
• Improve community integration
